Geeft college's op Pennsylvania State University

As an American instructor with more than 20 years of working with study abroad programs, I know that the key to a successful international learning experience for students is enthusiastic and skilled co-coordinators in the host country. Ruben and Koos at EduTravel fit the bill perfectly.
In 2012, I made the decision to relocate my Penn State summer abroad criminal justice class from a small Dutch city to Amsterdam. It was a big move but EduTravel handled everything for me. They established a relationship with an Amsterdam university, located and scheduled lecturers, set up site visits, found affordable, safe, and convenient student housing, secured necessary transportation, and arranged extracurricular activities for students. During our stay in Amsterdam, Ruben and Koos personally and promptly addressed any concerns and accompanied us to our various activities. Furthermore, Ruben and Koos had fantastic rapport with my students, and student feedback was overwhelmingly positive. As a result of their dedication and devotion, our move to Amsterdam was an absolute success. They made my job worry-free, and they especially pleased my budget coordinator by producing all these results under budget.
I am working with EduTravel again this summer and plan to work with them every summer for years to come. I have complete confidence in their abilities and recommend them without hesitation to anyone who is considering creating a short- or long-term international educational program. EduTravel won’t disappoint

Ruben,

I am happy to offer a recommendation for you. We have worked together for 10 years. Under your leadership in the Netherlands, we have created a very powerful learning experience for undergraduate and graduate students. You have shown great creativity in identifying agencies and university partners who can present on the social welfare policies and practices in the Netherlands. I also have been very pleased by your responsiveness to the changing times that have dictated modifications in the program each year. Each year I and my fellow faculty members tell you that this was the best year. It is true, each year the program is better.
I look forward to continuing to work with you.

Sincerely,
Cleve

The course work lets you see social issues up close. It challenges you to explore American social policy through a different lens, provided through the Netherlands. Whether you agree with their policy or not isn't the issue, it is allowing you to consider different approaches and the potential value or harm they bring! It was a top notch experience.

Words cannot describe the incredible experiences I had in Holland this past week. I am so fortunate to have had this opportunity to explore a new culture and to make so many lasting memories with some amazing new friends. I hope we can all keep in touch and continue to push for more Dutch like policies in America.

I went on the trip in 2009. It was my first time in Europe and my first study abroad experience. It was amazing! I still talk about my experiences in my professional and personal life. It is a unique way to get inside into aspects of the Dutch society that would be impossible to have otherwise. The leaders are also really great! They go above and beyond to make it a valuable experience and are just high quality, fun people. DEFINITELY WORTH THE INVESTMENT!

The trip to Amsterdam changed my perspective on so many issues. The country embraces cultural differences and accommodates individuals with various moral backgrounds, ideologies and customs… Holland is such a colorful place filled with rich diversity and acceptance. This has been a life changing experience for me. I-Amsterdam!!!!

I can honestly say the trip to the Netherlands was my best experience at MSASS. It is a long and busy week, but you will learn and experience more in that one week than 3 years at MSASS. Take every opportunity to wonder Amsterdam on your free time. Don't be afraid to ask questions and challenge your own beliefs. Last word of advice, BE ON TIME to everything, they WILL leave you behind. This is an amazing experience, take advantage of the opportunity Have fun!!!!

This trip is amazing! Experience as much as you can because this is your shot to do it! Talk to as many people as possible because the dutch are crazy awesome. Best advice is just to embrace the random!
